The Mount Vernon Community High School Concert Choir performed, "Hark, I Hear the Harps Eternal," 11 March 2019, under the direction of Thad Wilkins. Mount Vernon High School is located at 731 Palisades Road S.W., Mount Vernon, Iowa, U.S.A.
The choir has an undefeated 40-year Division I rating streak in large group competitions.
The tune of ,“Hark! I Hear the Harps Eternal” was published in the 1854 edition of,
“Southern Harmony,” a harp singing collection, where it went by the title, “ Invitation”. It
is sometimes attributed to F. R. Warren. Frederic Rowland Marvin (1847-1918) published in, “The National Freemason,” volume 8, number 2 (12 January 1867). There are arrangements by Alice Stuart Parker Pyle, Daniel McDavitt, Mark Hayes and J. Guy Stalnaker.

Exodus 3:3-4 which reads,
“So Moses said, “I must turn aside and see this marvelous sight, why the bush is not burning up!” When the Lord saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.”
Exodus 3:13-14 which reads,
“Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “This is what you shall say to the sons of Israel: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”

John 8:58 which reads,
Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly I say to you, before Abraham was born, I AM.”

Revelation 5:11-14 which reads,
