When this first came out my brother and I watched "Shiver Me Timbers Shlorkdy-dork Florkedy-dork" about 20 times on repeat until it was impossible to laugh anymore.
This type of comedian is the most brave there is for me. I always admired them as a kid and teenager. They control a whole group and its mood, its way harder than doing stand up and giving your opinion or personal stories. I saw the stand up of Harland 1999. Its only public interaction. Its insane...nobody does that since decades
harland WINGS IT so sweetly...he invents ridiculous shit that even HE didnt know was coming, pulls out of the dive then fucking SOARS up to pure straight HILARITY...just like NORM...
I love how Conan makes the most weirdos guests just feel comfortable when they are visiting. He is so humble and very respectful of anyone. The guy deserves his success
There aren't many people who can capture Conan's attention. Harland had him hook, line and sinker. It's always fun to see him stuck and just going with the flow.
Now that I've seen almost every Norm MacDonald video known to the interwebbonetsphere, it's time to get my Canadian genius fix from the masterful Harlem Shake'm and Bake'm comedy career. Truly a weird ass guy like myself who can hold his own with any audience/comedian.

Yeah this bullshit was lame. I remember these days in high school. “We’ll be right back after a commercial break…” Every 5 minutes… Cable TV is dead and I love it.
Long before this fella was a known name, he was a humble young man living on Woburn Ave. in Toronto, ON. When he was doing the comedy circuits, I caught up with him performing in Miami one year. He called me out from the stage and told me I had a haircut that looked like I was in the marines. He then asked me if I liked to run through corn fields backwards and naked. Harland is one witty comedian!
Hes such a goofy funny, but also very skilled comedian.. but i miss the times where folks could just be silly. without having to worry about who u might offend, or possibly hurt someones feelings. folks also need to learn to laugh about themselves more, and not take everything too serious.. my mondays sermon folks..lol
i AVER that we canadians have the most TWISTED of comics...you YANKS have gilbert gottfried and andy kaufman...WE have NORM and HARLAND... btw...NORM will appreciate my use of the word "aver".....
