For a beginners amp at the price it is great value and so way ahead of what i could afford when I first started playing back in the early 1970's . Actually it is way ahead of the knackered old AC30 I bought second hand a few years later for what was a lot more money then. You kids are spoilt !

Cool! If I was in the market for another practice amp I would buy this just for the flanger the phaser and the tremolo. They sound pretty cool.

@@MrPolevaulter -I have a Marshall dsl40cr and a Fender 68 custom deluxe reverb which I use most of the time. But my Fender lt25 is my fun amp for when I want to explore all of the cool sounds that it has. Not to mention, it is a great-sounding amplifier. It was nice to see that you rated it highly on your video!

Good Review - In looking at deficits, it could have had a tuner. I guess everyone has a phone to use as a tuner these days. That little amp does a lot for basically the cost of three Behringer pedals. Their website has examples of all the sounds this little amp can do.

Yep, I agree - lose the drum machine and use the cost saving to improve the controls for the fx. Plug your phone in and use Garage Band or similar for your drum backing if you need it. A fair & balanced review as always though Elmo :)

Not a half bad sounding amp. Not great either. The effects are a waste because of how it's set up but could be a good little portable practice amp. Great video Elmo!

To be honest it was ok, But I fully agree much better on the used market. I recently bought a 40 watt, Blackstar ID core, Got all effects ect, only thing I do like is the outside power unit, but as a practice amp, I paid £60 of ebay. Ho and Elmo it has this Super Wide Stereo 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Jambox HB-15GXD amp sims sound ok. But this has no battery option, at 15W and a size that screams portable. My 1980s Peavey Companion 15W had AC and DC. My Vox Mini Go 50W even had USB jack for an external Lion battery pack! Guess the drum machine broke the battery budget.

Demo The Flamma FAO5 little 5 watt amp that is pretty good. 7 amp sounds 4 effects Chorus/Tremelo and Delay/Reverb. Tuner and yes drum machine. It's blue tooth also. I was surprised by it. I had the Boss mini amp and this is better. It's $89

Delay is really horrible, for reverb I can understand you - a lot of reverb is never good imo, but I don't understand what's the problem with chorus? I really liked it 🙂

If it is a jambox, for playing over backing tracks, I would like that to be demod. I use a Boss JS10 for that now.

Any amp with aux in can do that. I think the JamBox thing refers to the drum machine.

@@MrPolevaulter in the Boss JS10 you put an USB stick for that. Much easier and if you connect the outputs to a proper PA, it sounds pretty decent. But it's outdated. No Bluetooth.

I was looking for vids of this amplifier because im about to choose between this one and the fender frontman 20g in a second hand app, and was about to compare them, thinking this one is bad at first( they sell t it for 15 dolars and the frontman for 45), and dude it popped your video featuring the frontman anc changed my whole perspective XDDD IOm starting learning acoustic but thriving for eklectric and looking for the gear, in two wordsm, what do you think about Epiphone sg standar or special?

Ooooookay This Guy. I’m a 12-13 year old that knows nothing about what is or isn’t.. I don’t have any money and I have to beg my parents to get me something to play on. They know nothing!!! I want something now with all the bells and whistles (as I said I know nothing). This has it all! Heck! When I was that age? I would have been in heaven. Of course at that age those things were not invented 😂

The drum machine is not just a negative to me, it was horrible by the example, I can literally download a free app for my phone that does better job than that, if you have some bluetooth speaker to connect your phone it's actually pretty nice. So the thinking behind the drum machine is baffling, never do anything if you are going to half-ass it, whole-ass everything :D

The Roland Cube GX although ten years old or more and sports a 5" speaker pumping out a robust 3W is ultimately a better buy. Plus it can double as a basic rudimentery audio interphase. And....it can chug.

Nothing sounds worse than a cheap amp that has been made to a price with effects that are not very convincing. As for a drum machine all I can say is not for me either. It is clearly aimed at young players who only want to annoy the neighbours!

The only reason I would get that amplifier, is to give it away as a gag gift at Christmas. I would buy 20 of them, and hand them out. As a guitarist with profound talent, I would NEVER use a guitar or amplifier that costs less than $2,000!! 🥹 😅 😂 🤣 🥹 (It is just my joke. 🥲)
