The achilles heel of these basses is that there is no toggle switch between the bridge and neck pickups. Unless you modify it yourself.

Correct! Mine was Sonojonos so it came with the pickup selector switch already in there.

It's wired like this: Both Series, Both Parallel, P p/u, J p/u, kill switch
