Harley Benton PB 20 SBK - Honest Reviews 

I own it and love it for laying down tracks. I am not a bass player, but it does the job.

I bought this bass guitar as a birthday present. And she has a neck like a banana. No matter how much I twist the anchor, it doesn’t even out. Be careful, if possible, ask the store to tune this bass guitar.

Don't forget, if you're in the States shipping is something like $80.00. If you order 2-3 you can save on shipping. You could order a P bass, a J bass and a Stingray clone bass. Or get with a couple of buddies. I've been eyeing that PB20. My 61st birthday is coming up soon. I might just get one.

Bought a Harley B Les Paul "Slash" flame top a couple of years ago....about £200.Came with the frets levelled & smoothed..a bone nut..high output dimarzio copies and a proper glued in neck..a chrome on brass tailpiece set and smooth even machine heads.Back in my band days in the 80's that would have been unheard of under a grand. I'm surprized you didn't have the Steve Harris West Ham strings on though (too heavy maybe)..and was kinda hoping Percy might have been on the faders mixing something down👍

Given the price, it's a great bass. My P-Bass is just as cheap and I still enjoy playing it.

I am not aware of quality or such about HB products back in like ten years. But i have had few something like 5 years max old. For the price, very good stuff.

great review, but you mention the scratchplate not being standard shape - so would that also cause issues with fitting if I wanted to upgrade the pickup?
