Nice review of a really nice guitar...If fenders are being used as the cmparisn benchmark then these are worth treble what they are..Fenders are way way overpriced, youre paying a high premium for a brand name that doesnt really give you that much more for your money. Ive watched so many of these HB reviews (mainly the Teles) and they are basically all saying the same that these are impressive guitars. PS: Zero need to apologise for your grammar or accent, im English and youre probably more understandable than i am !..🙂
Right? I love Fender guitars but HB is killing it. Imagine a premium brand guitar for 1000$ vs 3 really good guitars from HB. You always pay the name. Also look at the headstock: Indonesia factory. Same as all the other brands three times the price! Thank you :)
I bought the flame top. Great guitar. I thought the flamed maple fretboard looked amazing, but wow what about those rounded medium frets.. it sounds just like it should , I dont think I could ask for anything more
@@davidmartinez927 I was saving money for a Schecter but the Fusion and ST Modern Plus caught me. I def recommend the ST Modern, complete different level
Unfortunately mine arrived with scratchy, unpolished frets and some not leveled correctly from the 13th fret to the 22nd... so i have extreme fret buzz and dead spots even with a hight string action! I wait for a refund from Thomann to fix it 🙏 Bad QC again.... 😟
I am always confused how HB can produce a fairly low budget guitar with such nice roasted flame maple necks for the price point and most other guitar manufacturers will charge very high prices for roasted flame maple necks, sometimes the same cost this whole HB guitar costs just for their necks.
Most brands including big names share the same factory in Indonesia. The price of a guitar includes not only the product. That means a costumer always pays for everything! This can be the advertisment cost for a big name, the sponsoring cost, the payment for the salesman and the return on sales etc. Housebrands are often cheaper because their price does not include all those listed things. You get them only at Thomann. Also they have a huge capability of producing and price policy. A low price does not always mean a bad product and the other way around. More ironic to me is that you can get the same thing just with a different name
Absolutely better than the Fusion because of the compound 12"-16" neck. The biggest weakness of the fusion is its 12" radius. It should've been at least 14" to be considered a modern guitar; compound 12"-16" or just 16" at best. The fretboard radius is useless for a lifetime guitarist. If you can't barre on a flat fretboard, then your technique is bad, first of all. Classical guitars have a flat radius.
