I hate that I found this after completely disassembling my front end to get to the pinch bolt lol. This video was very informative and would have made my life alot easier. And I also laid the fork down after removal so got to clean that up as well lol. Good work!!
I went with Progressive mono-tubes up front on my 2000 Deuce. Freakin' night and day brothers and sisters. No more mush and front end dive. The ride is just great now. One thing. Watch out the first time you grab a handful of front brake. You're used to dive and mush. That brake is going to be a lot tighter now. Don't lock that front wheel like I did unless you want wet undies.
Excellent work on getting that top seal nut on the first try. Great video, also thanks for the idea of a an adjustable wrench, I have struggled with just leather gloves.
Hi, how do you find the progressive front springs and rear shock from progressive? I’m looking at putting on the progressive 465 mono shock with the progressive front springs. Be interested how you find them against stock and if they make the ride more comfortable and also reassuring in bends? Great video, very informative but too technical for my skill set.
Hi, they do make a difference however not as much as I thought at first but you have to tweak them to get the comfort , overall glad I did them, hope this helps 👍
