My one went on trailer then when we got it home went to start it and wouldn’t start says key fob not reading I changed the battery on fob still Not change Charged the battery in bike still not start Can you help pls ??????
My key fob isn’t working at all. Tried 3 different new battery’s. Lights just flash and it won’t start. I guess it could be whatever sensor the fob connects with to shut the security system off. Anyone know what or where that might be on an 09 softail custom?
@@philball2166 why would they? It’s a battery and that’s not a warranty part. If it wasn’t the battery and something they would. You car manufacturer isn’t going to warranty a battery in your key remote after 3 years.
Yea try the battery’s. It’s cheaper then going to the dealership right away. My truck keys just did that to me and it was both. Not sure if they still do it but some auto part stores had a set up to test your key to see if it’s sending a signal.
