How much time did it take to reach 100 km/hr, this run had too much front wind! Apologies for the improper audio in the last GoPro clip, will make sure to rectify the damaged mic For anyone looking for ride experience directly - 5:00!
@@px6497 tbh 0 to 60 or maybe 0 to 80 i understand and is surely a good thing to have acceleration But i never understand obsession with 0 to 100 or the TOP SPEED thing Those numbers are what i feel new riders or kids more or less like. For them its all about speed and how fast i am type thing. Practicality takes a back seat
@@bu11ymaguireDefinitely looks like a cheap copy of roadster. Now new era of HD doesn't only means a low riding position and fat ass tyres.... They've stepped up and expanded their game half a decade ago
@@bu11ymaguire That meant before 2015 now they're expanding towards younger customers They've started to produce some modern motorcycles.... Look at the new sportster, the Iron 883, the roadster XL1200CX all of them don't have a fat tyre nor the low rider old school HD vibes
This bike will be stable on highway due to its 195 kg weight, great for crusing up to 115 kmph and will be able to carry a good amount of luggage for long trips ❤
@@theridingsaga but hero service has always been bad. And i am not sure if their technician will be acquanited with this motorcycle as its made in china
@@sumeetghai8867 X440 will be made in India by Hero with the support of Harley. And Hero is going to establish 100 premium dealerships for Harley in the next one year, which will provide a much better experience to customers. Btw the one made in China is X350.
@@AlphaTroniks no bro it would kill the roadster dna of it. I think that 43mm usd is sufficient. By the way, if you are more into scrambler, just wait for the triumph scrambler 400. I guess bajaj triumph colab will definitely make it affordable.
I think design wise it could be better especially the rear fender looks odd also the space between tank and headlight is too much even cable management could have been better for example the accelerator cable instead of coming from top could have been underneath the handle bar....and yes the exhaust should have been more sleeker it just adds to odd looking rear view of the bike. Hope HD fixes these in next version of this bike.
@@heresomewhere7600I don't see that's a problem.... service of Hero is really good, they've made reliable and unbreakable bikes in the past and they're still doing it

Bro i cannot put this in better words than you. This is on point. No matter how good the bike is everyone is hating Hero for no reason at all. Maybe it's because i think they fear their fav brand would be sidelined by Hero. Yesterday on Instagram i saw a comment stating that this was the rebadged version on the x350 from China. That guy went far enough to call me a kid when i tried to explain this is a brand new motorcycle and when i shared him a link of a video that explained this was a new motorcycle he deleted his comment. That's how much hate some people have for Hero brand for god know what reason🤷
Idk why we indians can't support Indian brands. They cry for an high priced foreign brand cause they cannot afford but when any Indian brand make it cheaper and affordable they cry again saying legacy wtf
@@lifeonadominar400 because of their reliability issues bro Hero and bajaj bike has not been that reliable for a long time.. I've owned bajaj including the dominar, and many hero owners are not happy with the bike quality and especially service both are worse in service sector. no will say bad for this long everywhere without any reason. As an Indian , I want them to be the best in quality and reliability but they are screwing it up stll.. that's the reality. Years ago KTM had to grab bajaj's throat because the KTM 390 engine's they made earlier were bad and KTM's were getting bad reputation all over the world. and the new Triumph -Bjajaj bike, it's only a manufacturing agreement, that too only half of it. main frame and body parts and some parts of the engine, main parts of the engine is built by triumph at triumph's factory in UK and Brazil and Bajaj is not allowed to use the engine in bajaj bike like they do with KTM and like TVS with BMW.. it's a triumph exclusive engine designed by triumph so it will only be used in triumph bikes. but some technology sharing is part of the agreement that's all. (I heard it from one of Triumph Uk's interview). and many article said same thing :)
@@Hkmmotologs They are pretty reliable machines bro. But what they lack is good service centres. But can you actually blame the service? For the money they ask it's all they can provide.
Only problem iw that harley is not very much reachable like for a daily runner like me for 40-50km Sometimes more , i would anyday prefer classic350. But will try to somehow test ride it
Idk why there's unnecessary hate for this beautifully designed specimen of a bike. From the front it looks beastly and i love it. The back end could have been better. Overall one of the best vehicles from Harley at this price range.
Just hold on a bit more The new Bajaj Triumph has more features than this and costs approximately the same... Take test drives on both the Harley and the Triumph and then choose your favourite one which suits your needs
@@enliven8109 Meteor is better than the hunter. All of them are great bikes but let me give you some tips Meteor: Not good if you're a fast rider HD: Not good if you live in a hot city Triumph: Costs most, demands more care due to liquid cooled engine Some benifits of all the bikes.... Meteor: Comfortable riding position, easy availability Harley: Air cooled 400+ cc engine (less maintenance) Triumph: Liquid cooled engine (less heating, more power) That being said, all are great bikes. You should do a test ride on all these three bikes and choose what suits according to your choices. Good Luck Rider 😁😁
Honda CB350 is still a value for money at 2.70 lacs on road (in Bangalore, we have 20pct road tax). Ofcourse CB struggles to cruise at 120kmph on a windy highway all day, so is 440x based on this video. The thump of Honda is a joy
Itne saare reviewer mein se keval apka hi samjh aaya proper , hats off to your coverage , covering the bike from all view angle POV is the best thing you did , keep going thanks for review
Maybe this would be the engine we would see in xpulse 400. It would be a great opponent to himalayan that produces 24.5 bhp and 32nm torque this one makes 27bhp and 38nm torque
@@aniz014 aisa kaun bola ki 1st service se pahle full speed nahi jayega? This unit is not for sell. Review units are kept on full potential always to showcase.
Honestly a very nice looking motorcycle. Only nitpick is why such a tiny display it looks like it could have been made a bit bigger for easier viewing.
I think the ready identity for a Harley in our roads are its wide presence and wide fat tyres....Hero could have made it much more imposing by going for a 110 section tyre at front and 150 section for rear... I think it might be doable for them too...for me it will make that Harley identity much more true
Harley just eaten all the market of royal enfield and it's for best RE was increasing bike prices as they were superbikes ...meteor 350 comes in same price as this, so everyone knows which bike we are purchasing 😎
RE is much younger and agile compared to older years so many models for so many age groups - RE is King - it will be life saver for Hero - that’s all - like TVS Apache 310 and BMW story - Harley will be Harley - this is Hero
I wish it was a V twin like Keeway Benda 302 to make it a HD feeling. it would have costed more than this price but benda 302 looks more harley than x440 and it's only 300cc.. Anyways it is what it is and from almost every first ride review this bike's good and made better. And for those who cry only 28hp, 38nm, remember harley never disclosed bhp officialy for their premium Vtwins, only torque. and the fact that we wee happy with a 350cc 18bhp and 26Nm 260Kg Classic 350 for more than two decades , we can sure live with a lighter weight 400cc 28bhp bike no problem that too for 2.4 lakhs. and 38nM is on par with duke 390 and almost same or more than most 400cc bikes.
This is a Hero Moto Corp Product badged in Harley Davidson, is it really easy to get convinced that a 440CC Engine will get cooled by Air and a Oil Cooler from Xpulse? It would have been fully Liquid cooled with Finless Head and Block....this Bike could develop an issue of overheating and might end up giving low mileage.
@@supreethampiholi9087 This Particular Engine should have been liquid cooled a Brand of Harley Davidson is there with the Product and to complement the Brand Value it should have been launched with Liquid Cooled Engine and don't compare with RE, every biker knows what a Harley Davidson is and do you think I will pay for the Brand only with Domestically developed Engine and not having any imported parts in it.
at this price point this bike is good as it will be way more cheaper to maintain because of hero's parenting , also the exhaust is sound is pretty good, only the rear section is a bit out of place , but overall it's a good bike , now at this price point the triump speed400 is also available, now it's the choice of people that whether you want to ride through highways in high speed in top speeds or you just want to cruise at a certain speed woth the charm of Harley-Davidson in my case Speed is not something i am bothered, I will rather choose hero's Harley Davidson over the triump
No matter what the price point is and the reviewers say, it lacks the Visual Appeal we associate with the Harleys... just looks like another hybrid by any other brand.
440cc international brand but switches n feel of a 150cc Desi, hats off to unnati, isse acha thodi aur costing leke parallel twin de dete, still start of its kind so I hope we get to see some more of these wid other 440cc segment international features for India, hume chalani aati hai tum de kar toh dekho bhai🙌🏻🙏🏻🤘🏻✌🏻😂❤️💯
The front mudguard is short, so it’ll throw sludge on to the engine and legs of the rider. Similarly, no mudguard on the rear tire, so it will throw sludge onto vehicles behind the bike.
@@aniz014Stop being salty he's saying facts RE's hunter's suspension is trash, Interceptor has uncomfortable seats and A twin parallel engine which will vibrate until you stop feeling your balls

Like speed/scrambler 400 of triumph will be getting serviced under triumph dealership and will also be sold to US .. same way this should be serviced under Harley Davidson dealership and to be sold to US market under Harley Davidson..then only it will be success…
Will be better if a backrest is available for pillion as accessory. And why only big engine bikes like this? Why not 110 or 125cc bikes can be designed like this? The only exception was Yamaha Enticer
Great work sir .. Thanks for all the information . But I have one question like after purchase, who will be providing the service of the bike ? is it in Hero service centre ?
Itne saare reviewer mein se ek bhi dimaag nahi ki apki tarah bike saare angle se POV cover karein , bas bakar bakar details Dena yeh toh news anchor bhi dete hai , blogger ka matlab kya hua agar bike ko har angle top POV se bhi nahi dikhaya , Great work
i found rpm at 6 gear at 100 km/h for triumph speed 400 and h-d x440 its 4300 rpm for gps 100 for h-d and 5500 rpm for triumph at those rpm h-d make around 22 hp vs triumph 27 hp + triumph is 20 kg lighter what this mean ? 👉🏻 it mean triumph not only have better acceleration in drag race thanks much more peak power but it also would have better elasticity on 6 gear in the same condition test so both 6 gear ride side to side the same driver weight and fuell in tank on 3 2. 1 open throtle in both to the max and triumph ride away from h-d 👌🏻 😎
Just for a badge it’s worth half the price. As an overall package, not the best from the competition. Only if they made this as a twin cylinder long stroke Harley DNA sound, i would have thrown 3L immediately to get it. But that’s not the case
