I just looked up Tefé. In the comics, her spiritual dad is Swamp Thing, but her biological dad is John Constantine. I guess a lotta magic was involved in her birth. As for her mom, it’s someone named Abigail Arcane.
@@kami_narisamaTerra has the same name as Terra III iirc but everything else doesn't match (basically Terra In Name Only) Volcana is from the 90s Superman cartoon.
Simple way to make all those plans come together: 1. Repopulate the Gotham City Bay with sharks (Tefé) 2. Create an underwater earthquake which will not only set off every volcano in the surrounding area (Volcana) but also play into Terra's Earthquake Bingo (whatever that is). The people will then be caught in a crossfire of death by lava on one side and a shark infested flood on the other. The lava will then cool when it makes contact with the sea water, making more fertile land to lay the foundation for a new ecosystem. Would mean some of the sharks are likely to die but that's when Aquaman comes in and saves them. Heroes are basically cleanup in this scheme
@@Burning-Twilight simple really, you just mash every trashy disaster movie ever seen with every trashy shark movie ever seen. Throw in Jason Momoa at the end and the results speak for themselves
Imagine you unironically have two fathers and the surrogative one is John Constantine That's it, you're Tefe Holland, aka the Sprout, heir to the mantle of an earth elemental
Nora Freeze and Tefe look very similar (white hair and blue eyes). Is that a coincidence, or are they saying that Swamp Thing and her "Boinking" resulted in Tefe's conception? Edit: I have been informed that is simply a coincidence. To learn more, please read sonpanchan's reply in the comment thread.
Nah, Tefe's mom is Abigail Arcane which is why they have white hair. Tefe was conceived by Swamp Thing possessing John Constantine through hell magic so that he could give his seed to Abigail. It's why Tefe has access to the green and the red and has control over plants and animals.
Maybe the show just saw how they practically look similar that only true fans gets the joke. I didn't know about it until today, and thank you for informing us about it.
@@sonpanchanalso, people always seem to forget this little detail, but at the time of conception constantine had the blood of the demon nergal pumping through his veins. Which makes Tefe part demon as well. People always talk about tefe having 2 dads but she actually has 3.
Gotta say, though im not too hot on this character change, its good to see Volcana again outside the DCAU. Hopefully she breaks into the main continuity
She was in the main continuity, she's a New God, rather than a human that have powers, in the comics. Problem is, she stopped showing up after the New 52 reboot.
Honestly, the Natural Disasters were such wasted opportunity. Volcana is based off the spicy fire-woman from the 90's Superman Cartoon, that was basically her creation and only appearance, its nice they brought her back but she was supposed to be a government experiment turned government assassin turned rogue assassin, she is so timid in this cartoon, she is basically "chick with fire powers". Terra is one of Power Girl's 'friends' I believe, but the fact there's another Terra out there (Teen Titans/Judas Contact Terra) is a missed opportunity to have everyone in the legion think she's THAT Terra instead. "You look way older than I thought", "What was it like dating Deathstroke?" and her getting angry cause she's Terra but she's not THAT Terra. Tefe of course is a neat character, but they did next to nothing with them aside from making them agender. They could have even said they are that way because they have a mom and two dads, once of which is a swamp monster, or they could have said they are agender IN SPITE OF that. They introduced some really neat characters but just didn't really DO anything with them, and now they are gone.
I get Terra suppose to look strong and durable going along with her powers but why they change her comic version into a viking shield maiden. I think Toph already showed you can be a tough cookie as a natty.
This "Terra" real name is Atlee, she exist in comics. She's not the same as the blonde Terra from Teen Titans, the only thing they have in common is that they have the same powers.
While I do think it’s nice that they actually made Nora Fries into a character did anyone else feel like she turned into a bit of an asshole this season?
@@Passions5555 She flirted with him in order to take advantage of his crush for her to do tasks that she didn't want to do, then he caught her flirting/making out with Captain Cold which broke his heart.
I'm pretty sure the Red can control ocean life, considering how they're also classified as animals. Beast Boy's powers is also connected to the Red, and he has been sometimes shown to turn into ocean life. Aquaman also has shown that his powers can also affect animal life on land, since "everything comes from the ocean."
In the show I think she’s non binary but in the comics she’s/they’re just bisexual but would not be out of place if they went back and said she was non binary too she’s not what you’d consider a typical child
Omfg Terra from Teen Titans has muscles like a WWE wrestler 🤼♀️💪💪🪨🪨💪 Beast boy: Terra why why why why why why😩😩😩😩😩 Raven, Starfire, Robin and Slade: 🙁🤯🫤🙄🙄😧🙁
@@jccatalan2163some b. S. That came to life after the pandemic because people had to much free time and got so bored that they start to invent new trends for the internet
This isn't the same blonde Terra in Teen Titans. This character's real name is Atlee, who does show up in comics. Just like blonde Terra, she also has the power to control the earth.
@ajduran91ad I said I "almost" thought the was Nora's daughter as well. She has blue eyes and white hair like Nora, and Nora and Swamp Thing been busy in the past few episodes so that's why I thought that was her daughter... Until I realized it hasn't been that long then suddenly the baby came out a teenager
@@yajuu_wrld You’re not very bright are you? Did somebody tell you that appearances can be deceiving. Just because she looks like her that doesn’t mean she’s her child. Next time, don’t judge too quickly or overthink the situation before you comment this post.
Are we sure their actually a daughter? We learn in a later scene that Ivy's mentees are not all women. I've tried looking it up but, for the life of me, no one actually refers to them by any pronouns at all.
@@alyssastern6073But not the same character though. Tara Markov this one is not. According to the wikia site, it's actually the Atlee version instead. Thank god otherwise Beast Boy would have a field day about it.
So, the government is just gonna be letting the Legion of Doom operate in such a noticeable place, out in the open so very close to Wayne Enterprises? I mean, how does this even work? This... this is why I hate this literal S**** show so much. No offense, however.
Cuz they're literally incompetent. Literally, they never give villains the death penalty despite the large number of lives they had taken over the years. It's pretty much normal in this world.
