Harlowton Digger Days was put together by Reach Higher Montana and the Montana's Contractor Association. The goal was to introduce rural Montana kids to other jobs in the state which don't necessarily require a college career path. Several contractors, firefighters, and loggers put together 15-minute, hands on pop-up clinics to have the students take part in. Overall the Harlowton Digger Days had 150 students from around central Montana participate in the event.
