Basslines don't receive enough attention in the world of harmonica. There is no better way to get inside the structure of the music than to learn a bass part, which anchors the rhythm to the chord changes. The "Downtown Shuffle" is a popular groove in Blues (along with its fraternal twin the Uptown Shuffle). Often you will hear the guitar holding down this bassline.
