Thanks man! Trying to upload more frequently. It's been a strange year for me. But yeah I'm pretty disappointed in HarmonicDyne so far. G200 was also pretty bad.

Eh, take it easy. Sometimes, or rather most of the time, there are more important things in life than RU-vid videos. Too bad about the G200. Hopefully the Eris is good. I mean, it's also gonna be a bass monster, but at least it's advertised as such.

I too had high hopes which is why I agreed to review them. :( I've been mega disappointed in HarmonicDyne so far. Black Hole was awful and the G200 is also a really subpar planar. Doesn't hold a candle to HIFIMAN imo.

Hey man, commenting on all your last videos. I agree with you with a lot of things. Money I do not care, I understand you are (still) fighting with yourself about money. Why do people keep saying you can't hear bass below 40hz? 5hz sure, 10hz is borderline, but 15hz is a pretty clear audio pattern and 20hz is the bass cutoff for most high end headphones.

Just because the cutoff is 20Hz doesn't mean you can hear 20Hz. There is no relevant information in those areas for people who actually EQ and mix music (i.e. myself). A subtle amount of sub-bass is fine but on what planet are these insane bass shelves that companies utilize in any way OK? They're not, and they sound like shit. This is what pisses me off about consumer products and companies who clearly don't give a damn.

@@HomeStudioBasics I totally understand that over-boosted sub bass is just a bad thing but just listening on some Sony MDR-7506 headphones the sub bass is amazing, any time someone with a high end recording setup has a heavy truck drive by or someone is running around upstairs the bass comes through perfectly as if I were in that house. This deep rumble sound is obviously coming through my headphones loud and clear and people who don't have sub-40hz capabilities are severely missing out.

Stu, because I asked numerous times about your Grandchildren and you never once answered, I have now included audio speakers - big floor standards and some retro's like Warfedale Linton's, and others, why? because I am depressed that you asked me to ask you about the grandkids and you ignored me making me question my sanity about headphones - Though I must admit, I am loving the JDS labs dac and amp and my 600's and my 650's, but because you did not answer now I drown my tears listening to speakers with big woofers. Nice to see you back. Who knows maybe you will answer me in heaven when the rapture happens that is as real and scriptural as my floor standers. 👍
