You said one do not work at all if one cell is blocked and you put them in series ? I suggest you put at least a little paints on the wood, I know its just a side project but if you want it to stay straight you need a little paint. Still, thank you for the informations.
Simple and effective! This is a great example of using what you have and making something of it. My only concern would be the type of wood used. It looks untreated so not sure how long it would last outside.
I saw Brad made 1 in a past video. I thought about getting a tracking set up on Amazon,can't recall name of manufacturer.Same ppl that I've bought 3 of my array mounts from but it is around $500 and mixed reviews on its motors and pistons,as well as a few had some complaints about the welds on the main mounting post.The regular array system is pretty good tho for $130-150 and holds 5 panels each.
