Joel is insane. Finishes in 7:27 seconds and then continues to basically eat an entire box of sliders afterward. I have no idea how he fits that much food, and so fast. Impressive.

I think they have a cycle. When it's contest eating day, they eat it all up and afterwards they are fasting and working out to lose all those carbs. Its all about when you eat and when you fast! If you follow that process, you really can eat what you want and still maintain your weight!

My dad bought me my first White Castle meal when I was about 7 y.o. He had a second story studio that looked out on the street that the Indy 500 parade was going on and I happily munched on my burgers and fry’s while watching the parade . Been a W.C. fan ever since.

Hi Raina!!! I'm here eating a frozen Lean Cuisine and you 4 are eating from a place that I really like!!! We dont have a White Castle anywhere near to us. When ever someone goes to Columbus we ask them to get us the big pack of them .The frozen ones are good but fresh is always best. You did a great job. Nice seeing that cutie pie Joel again!!! I love how white castle uses the same boxes for fries. They are perfect size for Joel's mouth. The softness of the sliders makes it so easy to eat. Even though I love dipping them in Ketchup and any other sauce. We have more Krystal's that White Castles unfortunately. But they're almost the same taste. In Tennessee, a cleanse is what happens after a trip to Krystal's. So they're healthy in a gluttonous way.

Dude White Castles were the staple food back in the days for me and my peeps after a long night of movies or clubbing or fishing. They're called Belly Bombers or Whistlers because of what they do to you in the bathroom later on, but the onion rings and chicken rings are amazing. The double cheeseburgers are amazing, cheesefries will ruin you but overall it is the perfect food for a late night or smokers(devils lettuce) food groups lol.
