Only two times in the last 36 years did electoral votes go to the Republican part. 1988 and 2016. Currently Pennsylvania has two Democratic senators. And a Democratic governor. Democrats have seen huge gains in both legislative houses. Pennsylvania is becoming more liberal and more Democratic. Casey's going to win reelection and that's going to help Kamala Harris.
