Harris Pure Brew and Pro Ferm + enhancer and water treatment for beer, wine and cider 

Pure Brew and Pure Ferm+ are professional brew enhancers which eliminate medicinal "homebrew" tastes and supercharges your yeast.
They work by eliminating Chloramine and Chlorine from your brewing water, which could otherwise react with the yeast during fermentation to produce unwanted phenol flavours. This product also feeds the yeast to support a healthy, strong fermentation to provide a clean pure final taste.
There are 3 different enhancers available - Pure Brew (beer), Pro Ferm+ (wine) and Pro Ferm+ (cider). Each has a different formulation to give the best results for the beverage you are making.
To use, simply crush 1 of the water treatment tablets and add it to your brew together with 1 spoon of the commercial quality nutrient mix and the yeast. Stir well to ensure a good mix then fit your lid and airlock.
This product will improve any homemade beer, wine or cider, whether you're brewing with a kit or from fresh ingredients.
