Sir thanks a lot. I have a doubt - Investment largely depands upon consumption expenditure because if people / consumers will consume more demand will be more and hence the investment would be profitable but if everyone starts saving more there will be no consumption that is no demand so investment would not be profitable. This perspective can not be neglected Then why we are more concerned with savings not consumption in this model?

When people consume more then they save less in banks Which results in less Money available for loans which can be used for investment, capital formation.and aggregate demand depends on consumption and investment if they only consume then it will not that much shift the AD curve . So investment is required more
