Sorry to disappoint, but Harrods does not shut down for anyone. I worked there. Celebrities either come early or after hours. The only time the store actually shut was when Michael Jackson came over and Al-Fayed was still the owner 😁

Harrods always allows private big spenders - normally a minimum amount to be spent - to shop after the closing of the store. They would now allow somebody in pyjamas and hair rollers though, but hey, anything in the name of money.

She didn't shut it down They gave her permission to enter the premises before opening hours in the morning. That's why there are no staff. Why can't people use their intelligence. You think they will lose millions just to allow her to shop and most of the things she got was probably for free as an advertisement for Harrods. Honestly. It's just marketing and materialism.
