Harry & David makes gift baskets for people like me- people who are a "pain to shop for". I changed up my diet and lifestyle to improve my health so I do admit to being picky now when it comes to foods- especially "celebration foods". Sorry to hear that. They do mention that items may sometimes be substituted. But I see on the BBB website that though other people have complaints similar to yours they are usually resolved to the customer's satisfaction- www.bbb.org/us/or/medford/profile/gift-shop/harry-david-1296-50000862/complaints It never hurts to ask.

They just fraudulently charged my bank account for shipping and will not refund my shipping charge since I have a passport. On chat for over 2 hours and still no refund. Be ware of these practices.

I have heard cashews are the least healthy of the nuts- but that doesn't mean they are unhealthy. Just about any whole food snack will be healthier than a processed food snack.
