Regarding Catherine’s abdominal surgery & 10 days in hospital - I had major abdominal surgery at the end of September for a ceacal volvulus/twisted bowel. I was in hospital for 9 days here in NZ. I am slim & fit like Catherine & there were no complications but it is important to understand that any abdominal surgery is major & patients need to be monitored for potential blood clots, leakage from a resection, as well as being up & walking, having bowel motions & normal blood results. Recovery is not easy & long - I am only back at work Part-time after 4 months off . I am definitely not back to how I was prior to the surgery. Catherine needs rest & time to heal. Being in the public eye is very draining & demanding.

In the 80s when my appendix was leaking, I ended up being in hospital for at least 3 weeks and off work for 2 months. Infection had set in and according to my mom, I almost died. So, it's the Princess of Wales' privacy and she just might want to have something in her life not publicized for a change so she can heal and rest. I have Crohns & spent 2 weeks recovering in hospital even in my 20s. After which I was fine - but it was scary for family, & for me, to be in hospital for 16 days.

It bothers me that people won’t let Catherine’s surgery be private. For all we know she could have had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have things removed which would mean grief along with the health scare. Technically, Harry is the one that was granted the ducal title upon marriage. Hers is merely a courtesy feminine version of his (automatic as his wife). Only Parliament can remove such title and they do so very rarely. They weren't removed at the time of Megxit as 1) there is no public funding associated with the Sussex titles, 2) removing might cause more problems than worth, 3) there was a year probationary period, 4) leaving them saved face in the event Harry came to his senses, 5) leaving them afforded H&M more opportunities (no one would be interested in them otherwise) and 6) it was agreed they would not commercialize their titles for profit which this website It should be noted the HRH stylings were put in abeyance.

First of all, can we fact check Harry's military service? We know he was shoed into Sandhurst officer training programme despite his abysmal academic qualifications; exactly how and where did he serve in Afganistan? For how long? Was he even in any actual danger? Did he or did he not pass the pilot's license exam? All these issues are skirted around as far as I can see. Then there are those regarding the genisis of and his input into the Invictus Games .. These questions are important as his only claim to legitimacy since quitting the RF are his military connections - apart from his uniform and medals.
