Great reaction, Alice! One suggestion though...turn off the subtitles! Harry is super easy to understand, so you don't need them. They're a distraction, and when you read ahead, it takes away from the experience. Plus, Harry sometimes gives hand cues as to what he's doing, and if you don't see them, those parts of the freestyle will be difficult to pick up on. Also, he uses the people's reactions, appearance, backgrounds, etc. in his freestyles. If you're not watching, you won't know what he's talking about. It is tough enough to watch Harry and the other people simultaneously. So when you add subtitles, it makes it impossible. Some people are resistant to removing subtitles at first, but if you look at anyone who's done more than a few reactions to Harry, none of them have subtitles on anymore. Zero. And they all agree it is a way better experience for everyone without them. 👍

I think it depends on the person. Especially for someone not super accustomed to rap (not saying she isn't, I have no clue), the captioning can be super helpful, otherwise you might miss most of the words.
@@lynette. Still, if you're really unaccustomed to rap, it's better to have subtitles and understand the rap than just hear words but not comprehend anything. And that's legitimately how it is for some people. I used to be a little bit like that, though I've definitely gotten better at comprehension. But even putting that aside, I still think it really just depends on the person. Different people process things in very different ways. For some people, subtitles could hinder them, but for others it could enhance the experience, and it might be even easier to catch doubles and things like his reaction time. At the end of the day, I think it's just best to trust people to understand themselves well enough to determine whether or not they should use subtitles.
@@peterlewis2178 Agree different strokes for different folks but think if you push past the experience is more complete if you feel it rather than read it. More surprising too (depending on the speed you read)😊

Love watching new people react to H Mack. The legend continues to blow people away. My favorite part of this one is how in the last one, they point out how spherical and phenomenal rhyme, so in his chorus he says sphere instead but then uses phenomenal.. just one of those little things that Harry does to show you how f’in good he is

Hi Alice! Love the reactions! And here's why...first, you're intelligent. I know that sounds like a backhanded compliment, but Harry goes above and beyond sometimes with his raps, and I feel that a lot of the reactors don't get it. You do. Second, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that you get goosebumps listening! Great music, regardless of the genre, should inspire that! That's why people love music so much, because it makes us FEEL!!! One of the main reasons that I seek out reactors is to "relive" the moments when I first found something amazing. It's like sharing a good story or joke with your family and relishing in their reactions just like you did. I'm sure you're going to hear it from other Harry Mack fans...but don't use the captions. It's better to use your ears and react naturally than to read it. Also, don't ever skip through any of his conversations with the people he encounters because he uses ALL of it in his raps! I can tell you're already a fan, so welcome to the family...and if you keep reacting to Harry, you will AUTOMATICALLY gain subs! He's a brilliant dude. Enjoy your trip down the rabbit hole.
