Indians are the master of rythmic vocal improvisation. They have a rythmic system called Konnakol, which a lot of indian musicians train at from the start. The basic concept is assigning syllabic patterns for groups of 2,3,4,5 etc notes and improvising on this. Here's a video showcasing how cool and effective and awesome one can get using that system. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lINneylEo0U.html&ab_channel=cashberg Having different flows, rythmically speaking, can be watered down to improvising with onomatopeas, and on a certain level, I'm pretty sure that's what Harry does, but he says words and rhymes instead of just saying onomatopeas, which just adds a layer of insane difficulty. But if you just wanna develop pure rythmic ability, a good way to practice I believe would be to forget about words and just isolate rythm through a similar approach.

People have to realise that Mack has been at this a long time ..but the secret to all of his work goes to him being an ex jazz drummer ,,,jazz drummers have to improvise their beats and rhythms ,,so he understands beats and rhythms and how to improvise them perfectly ,,,which at the end of the day is the perfect tool for freestyling

well, polyrhythmics is mostly drummers stuff. it's pretty logical. but it's much harder to combine coherent words with it. wow
