My favorite was when Coast sometimes they get nervous at shows but they know the lyrics. So they could only imagine how it would be in Harry's shows. Respect all around. It was a beautiful podcast.

Cost verses was written. Except the last part of the second guy. They even said in the podcast that alot of people mistake what Harry does and what they do since freestyle kind of changed meaning through the years.. And they actually gave Harry his flowers for doing what he does. And said they could never do what he does. And then Harry added that he can't do what they do..

Harry's recall ability/memory always impresses me. Especially with the podcasts because he always has callbacks to their conversations throughout his wrap-up freestyle sessions, and they usually talk for an hour or so. I can't even remember what my point was in most conversations, never mind trying to go back to something someone else said forever ago.... and make bars out of it, too? Just HOW? 🤯

In the podcast they touched on the two interpretations of "freestyle" and gave respect to each. This cypher is significant in showcasing both styles in one video.

It just occurred to me what sounded so familiar to me about Coast Contra. There's a "beatnik poetry" element to their rap. It's like "Beatnik poetry" meets "rap". Very cool!

Partially correct they spit writtens which is a form of freestyle. There's 2 main types: off the top and written freestyles. Free style is referring to Free of the usual song structure when it comes to rap

they clarified earlier (thank God!) the difference between "freestyle" (like most people) and "off the dome" like H-Mack. What they do is keep writtens in their pocket to share when it come up... it's called "freestyle".

Harry Mack has differing political views than me, but I don't care because Harry just speaks his own truth. He doesn't draw a line in the sand and tell you that you have to believe the same things he does, so I show him that same respect back.

Honestly I think I know what you’re talking about but I’m not sure those are his political views. I believe he’s so aware of the audience he’s in front of at any given time and based off their suggestions or words he raps in line with the beliefs he thinks they hold in an effort to not be offensive to anyone he’s rapping for. I watch everything Harry Mack and to my knowledge I have never heard him actually speak on his beliefs or political views. Maybe on religion a little but that’s it. But in many raps he has mentioned things or said things that one could assume are his true beliefs but I’m not so sure. The things I do know for a fact about Harry (and I have met him) that he isn’t on the woke sheeple side. I could be wrong but I feel like he’s middle or middle right as far as politics. Let me know if you’ve seen him speak on his views in interview form or something like that. But if it’s raps I think that’s tailored to the person or audience he’s in front of.

@@bobbyduegrr3347 He's a west coast dude, with a west coast mindset and his political views definitely get voiced i his raps, especially his earlier stuff. Point is though is that he's not trying to impose his own opinion onto anyone else, he just speaks his own and that's how it should be.

@@ThatSingerReactions - I'm aware of what freestyling is... I'm a year younger than Hip-Hop. I don't think you understand how Coast Contra are on a whole other Astral plain compared to Harry Mack. Their inter-rhyme schemes have rhyme schemes and the wordplay is bananas. I dig the freestyling, but pen game > word association games
