One major point of criticism I have about this movie is that in the book it wasn't Cho Chang who betrayed Dumbledore's army. In the book Cho pushed her friend to join as well and it was this friend who betrayed them. Cho and Harry broke up because the situation between them became awkward and confused with misunderstandings. Of course you can't include all the detail from the book in the movie, but I think apart from that point of disrespect to Katie Leung's character Cho, the movie is pretty respectable to the source material, as opposed to the prisoner of azkaban, where they added all sorts of extra nonsense and never even explained who created the marauder's map. So far I think this is probably the best Harry Potter movie after the first two. What I'm missing a bit in this one that I did get from the first two movies is a bit more of the uplifting "feel-good" material. This movie is 14 minutes shorter than the Philosopher's stone.. They could have added a bit more detail of Grimmauld place for instance or taken slightly more time for some of the dialogue that felt a bit hurried at some points..
