I mean i read all 7 books atleast 5 times but couldn't find 1 instance where snape 'saved' harry! Can you believe it. The the instance that comes close is during 1st yr quiditch match where he 'tried' to remove the curse on broom, but harry was already hanging on the broom and it was thanks to hermione who set fire which stopped quirrelmort(or else snape would still be reading the counter curse in front of harry's grave)....infact james saved snape's life during marauders time and harry saved snape's life in 3rd year during dementor attack when snape was unconscious...his beloved lily would have spitted on his face in afterlife for all the mental torture he had given to harry(only book potterheads know how truly evil snape could be) movies didnt show even half of his true nature...and ur comment about snape being forced to become death eater....lol snape was already a death eater and he was the one who told voldy about prophecy...once he realized it was targetting beloved lilly he tried to beg voldy to save lily, he also begged dumbledore to protect lily(mind you only lily) when his plan failed, lily died, dumbledore manipulated snape into becoming spy(since it was lily's last wish to save harry) he also saved snape from going to azkaban during his trail for being death eater.....know all the facts from book before commenting, snape is a overrated charecter thanks to famous Alan Rickman playing it movies and movies not showing more than half of snape's true charecter....

Yeah, they looked completely different! The original actor was only in the movie series for two movies before he died and they got the new actor for the third movie.
