Hopefully my August box will arrive soon ... Tracking says it's finally in the UK, so I hope it'll come tomorrow! I emailed them to ask about what was going on, and they told me that there was some "technical issues" which they have now resolved, they had relocated their company and had a lot more interest in the boxes than expected, however they have now employed some more elves, so should no longer have problems! I did suggest that in future if there is a problem they either update their website or email those concerned so we're not left waiting in the dark, to which they said they would take that into consideration in the future! So hopefully everything will be good from now on! I deliberately didn't order the September box because the August one was so late! 😂 This box looks great though as always! This will be my 3rd box from Gobstone Alley, but I'm hoping to get them more regularly - I keep forgetting to order it!
Good to know. I just emailed them about 5 minutes ago because I haven't got a tracking code for my september box and no email since ordering in August. That's not cool 😐.

It was really funny- a good tip is don’t pronounce de like des (or déh) it’s more like you’re saying duh with a deep voice 😅 that’s the only way I can explain it lol
I love that you’ve acknowledged and explained that Gobstone Alley is a startup. There could be setbacks and a few issues from time to time. Having said that I don’t think this was a particularly strong box. I didn’t like the Felix Felicis potion bottle at the end. Little tins and the pencil case were my favorite items. Do you think you’ll make a video someday where you show us your room? I’m really curious about where you keep everything.
Aww, I love the potion bottles the best. As for my room - maybe a little further into the future. But - I don't keep everything, that's sadly not possible.
It was a strong box! Maybe one of the strongest, but the half assed customer service makes it not recommendable as a subscription box :/ I was subscribed to them for months and I just couldn’t take it anymore after the birthdae box fiasco

Hi Cherry, I really enjoyed your recent experience with J.K. Rowling (it filled me with joy and brought tears to my eyes!). I believe some of your witches and wizard friends were like me: waiting for your new unboxing videos. We LOVE your unboxing videos (I don't see anyone else's). Some of us doesn't have the money to subscribe to those awesome sites and we make every unboxing event as our own. I know sometimes you feel like you make a lot of unboxing videos but, believe me, you make a lot of people like me happy. Think that this is the only way we can "almost" live the experience ourselves, through you. Thanks for all your effort, we love your passion... and, please, continue with unboxing videos... we LOVE them!

I think Gobstone Alley is getting popular now and loads of people are ordering things from them so it takes them more time to get everything shipped now. I ordered the October box. I'm super stoked. :)
Thank you. I really needed this. I just had a massive fright. My dog (on lead) was just attacked by another dog (off lead) and I seriously thought she was dead for a moment. She's been rushed to vet, though, and is going to be OK. I'm cuddling her in my lap right now, though I'm still so stressed out that my chest hurts.
@@cherrywallis Thank you ever so much! I appreciate your thoughts. I actually had ANOTHER scare this morning as I made a really stupid mistake. I accidentally gave her a full tablet of rohypnol (which is deadly for dogs in high dosages as it causes liver failure!) instead of a quarter. This was because there was no dosage amount on the label and I remembered them saying one tablet - but that was actually for her other tablet, Synulox! Fortunately, I found the paper with the dosages on (which I had completely forgotten existed) and realised my mistake. I immediately called the vet's and they told me I'd overdosed her by quite a lot so had to rush her into the vet's. They gave her a injection to make her be sick and she sicked it up. She's now well on the way to recovery and is back to being her usual bouncy, cheerful loving self. *sighs* What a couple of days, huh?
I love watching your unboxing videos! For candles, I never like to burn them since they’d eventually run out. So I got a candle warmer. Just a disc to warm up the wax so you can smell the candle and still keep it. Works really well for me!

I'm a ravenclaw and house related stuffs really are based on our house. all my stuff are ravenclaw related and the paper is blue! thanks a lot for recording your awesome videos. knowing you finally got your box is a relief because I've been stressing a lot recently about not getting mine and no tracking numbers.
I LOVE that you get a package of loose leaf tea and a candle in every box. A Harry Potter themed box with two of my other favorite things- Yes please! I hate that shipping to America doubles the price of the parcels though, not sure if I can swing one for myself quite yet.
The little tin boxes could be perfect for mints! I love keeping gum and mints in my bag because fresh breath is a must. Oooh or maybe a travel sewing kit for when a button pops.
I love the t shirt personally but I knew you probably wouldn't lol I also really loved all the handmade items, which is what I love the most about gobstone alley. Loved the tins too cos I'm a sucker for a good tin lol. The jelly slugs also lasted about 5 minutes 😁 I really hope everything is sorted with them and I can't wait for the September box!
I've grown so fond of these videos, I wish there were three of these boxes a week, although I know that might have gotten WAY too expencive. I just love your energy and positivity about these items, but even though you're excited you are still honest and constructive and you WILL tell us if an item is "sub par", and I appreciate that. So this was my first box! Each person gets their house colour tissue paper! The misprint in the t-shirt bothers me but I think I'll get over it!! The rest of the box was good slightly underwhelming but nonetheless I love it!!!
Ive been emailing gobstone to request them to have the option of shipping 2 months at a time. I did the june and birthday box together, and the shipping is the same as for 1 box. Maybe if we all requested this, she might start offering this for us.
Yeah I pay about 30$ shipping, but here’s a tip if you wait until the very end of the month before the boxes are sold out their box price goes down a little and you can save a couple bucks 🙂 (despite shipping lol)
Yes both the paper in the beginning and the coaster are house-specific! My boxes are always wrapped in blue ♥ Amazing video as always Cherry! And I loved this box too, even if it was delayed (but I honestly don't care, they are so awesome!).

The color of the wrapping paper is for your house color, because I had greeeeeeen 💚 But I agree with you that they are getting it together. It's been unfortunate, but the boxes are now here.

I don’t know if it is just me but do 9 3/4 merchandise just please you so much!! Also!!! I think those metal boxes you show at 8:43 would be really good for holding all your badges and possibly even snacks!!! Like for a day out you can use it to hold some nuts and chocolate, I know for me that would be mega helpful!! Hope you liked my idea! 💋

You should collect some antique chemist and poison bottles and add your own mixtures or leave empty for display reasons you can pick them up cheap and will give a very unique touch to your collection ❤️
Ooo not sure about “this months” box because half (if not more) was all licensed stuff you can get in any Harry Potter shop (the little tins and the wall mount for eg) loved the custom stuff though xx
