New here! I'm so excited to see wearing a robe because I was planning on wearing one when I visited in September but every time I see videos I don't see anyone wearing a robe and I was a little self-conscious. I feel so much better now!
Thank you for the video. I haven’t noticed as much prop replicas in the shop before. Usually it’s so busy . I enter with a list. Try to stick to it then leave. We was there Saturday and it was packed out . Back in the summer hols so will make it a must to look up!

After a bit of research, it doesn't seem to be from the Trophy room, but I think it looks like the Trophy cabinet from the first film. Where Hermione shows James Potter played quidditch too

I'm kind of 5 months late, but I have a question because I'm going next year in the summer! After the tour, when you get to the shop, are a lot of the items sold out? Like different sizes in robes and sweaters and stuff? Because I am so scared of not being able to get my robe :')
They do have a lot of sizes available, as I'm sure most people would love to grab a school outfit. You can always check with them when you arrive and they can advise. Not something I would be able to advise I'm afraid
