Everyone's getting rowdy saying Eminem has more words per minute without the chorus and trying to say that he's therefore better, then Harry Shotta fans saying his flow doesn't slow for a chorus therefore he's better... This isn't the Olympics, its music. You can't say someone is the best at music, music is completely subjective. So put away your stop watches and enjoy!

Well I prefer Rap God over this song because Animal is so constant. That's probably just taste, but after 6 and a half minutes of the same flow it gets boring. It's all paced the same and just starts to blend. Em has a couple songs where he doesn't switch it up enough and this happens as well. Where in Rap God he switches it up a lot. As Em has said before it's not about the speed.

Harry's total words 1,771 Eminem's total words 1,560 Harry's total words (Htw) divided by Harry's time (Ht) equals Harry's words per second (Hwps) Htw / Ht = Hwps 1,771 / 351 = 5.04558405 Eminem's total words (Etw) Divided by Eminem's time (Et) equals Eminem's word per second (Ewps) Ets / Et = Epws 1,560 / 334 = 4.67065868 Now since Harry sang longer, lets see what happens when we pretend that Harry's total talking time was the same as Eminem's. But we should first figure out how many words were spoken from 0:12 to 6:03 in Animal. 5.04558405 times 334 = 1,685 That's 5.04491017964 Words per second. A difference between 125 words.

Eminem is Amazing at what he does. He is not just good, he is Amazing (I do recognize others may not think so). I understand and recognize that out of the US this guy is Amazing though, not impossible... I just totally phased out of the entirety of his song (I caught something about an animal at the end...), where as Eminem's Rap God is very dynamic and keeps my attention pretty good.

not the fastest? holds the record for the most words in a song in 6 mins...Nevertheless, Guinness confirmed that Slim Shady maintained his undisputed supersonic rap speed of 4.28 words per second against Shotta’s 4.79 words per second rate. A lot of Rappers even faster then Em, but props for him spitting that many words in a song yes.

Everyone saying "Eminem is better !" don't even know who Harry Shotta is and what he does. He's a very good Bass Music MC, very talented. Why trying to compare it with Eminem just because he beated Eminem's record ? It doesn't matter. This is a very good performance and that's everything to say. Then you like or you don't. But no use to say "I prefer Eminem !" "I prefer Shotta !". Not important. What you have to watch there is the talent of the artist. Stop saying you prefer Eminem without even trying to look at what Shotta does next.

1. The first verse of Rap God is slow for effect. 2. The verse that starts with "summa lumma" in Rap God is much faster than any part of this. 3. Eminem takes break in between verses, this just sound like one long verse😂. 4. I have no problem with either of the artists but the record seems a bit stupid, take out the parts where there is no rapping in Rap God (the pauses where there's no rapping) and then it will probably balance out. 5. Don't argue with this because I'm not stating opinions at all, all I am stating is facts and theoretical theories.

Jake Waddington Got nothing against the artist. I don't really like this song it doesn't do anything for me. No doubt he is up coming and will be fairly big. But the point is the comparisons to Rap God don't make sense and the record it broke doesn't show anything, it's no where near the league of Rap God or any Eminem
