Personally, I don't really want to see dead bodies, or invade someone's privacy. I have zero interest in anyone's dirty laundry. I am all in favor of market forces rewarding decency and punishing indecency and TMZ represents the latter. The problem is that shameless people want to look at that garbage, and they don't even have to walk to a door to gain access. Its right next to their chair or in their pocket.
