I like that all the One Direction gentlemen have enough music cred that they are all able to explore & evolve as artists. All that hard work in the band really has afforded them freedom that most young artists don't/won't have for years. Harry's voice is a treat.

Interesting on the accent.He has lost a lot of his very noticeable regional English accent- and has become more flat- or American- tone in his speaking voice.He has always sung with an Americanish accent- especially on his own 2 albums.He is definitely growing as an artist. BTW he is spokesmodel for Gucci and he wears mostly Gucci clothes while performing right now.The big pants are part of that.He is starting to wear more jewelry and express himself.There is no doubt that he is a captivating performer and he has a lot of charisma.He is one cool dude for sure!!! I don't know how I missed this video 4 years ago. This is still my favorite cover he's ever done, and that's saying something, I've been a huge fan since like, 2012 1D days. He's always been so good, but it's amazing how much his voice has transformed. I know he's super popular, but his technique is so underrated.

From what I heard he had a bit of a cold, so when you mentioned the tightness perhaps that had an effect? But as you said he's had so much practice it would be hard to tell since hes been singing mainstream for a decade. I like Harry, the 1D stuff not so much but everything about his solo work, that Prince/Freddie Mercury/Bowie/Jagger vibe i'm all for it because that's what I see and what I hear.
