Because 1. In this one he was called a sl*g so it was ‘sing medicine you sl*g’ it was insulting but he did it for his fans even though they were being rude about it so it’s not going to be as energetic it was forced it didn’t look like was into it 2. It got so popular(not a bad thing at all) he doesn’t even have the choice to want to perform it or not. When the crowd doesn’t demand it and he surprises them with it it’s better he already has the energy ready. IMO Sometimes the crowd sings it for him anyway so he can’t even hear himself it may not be as fun.
