To help combat the high altitude in Denver, CO, Harry takes a hit of oxygen in the middle of his concert. Having asthma can exacerbate the affects, so he struggles to catch his breath during the show - Denver, CO on 9/7/2021
Despite Harry's health, he continues to entertain millions across the world. Asthma is a very common condition and affects each person differently, and is typically very manageable.
Everyone has challenges in their life, whether they are physical, mental, emotional, environmental, etc. I hope these videos help to inspire people to push beyond their limitations and pursue their dreams. Show kindness to others and make a positive impact on the world.

It is something which the entire team used, not just him. The elevation was very high and so the lack of oxygen is something which was an issue for most.

I was at this concert! This video is kinda over dramatizing it. I didn't even notice the oxygen tank on the stage until I saw videos afterward. He seemed a little out of breath at times but his energy was just the same as I've seen it at other shows in cities at lower elevations. That being said I know he has asthma so I am so proud of him for putting on a great performance in a climate he's not used to

I haven't even seen videos of Niall having this many asthma attacks. This man has been through it. I feel so bad for him😕 my brother has asthma as well, and while I was sleeping, he had a crazy asthma attack. I'm just glad my mom came home on time just at that moment. I had school and it was around 12 pm in the morning that I went to sleep. Now I don't ever go to sleep when watching him now that my mom got a new job where she comes home at 8pm. It scared me when she told me that morning later on.

Hello, I live in Denver and elevation sickness is no joke. CO has a MASSIVE ski and hiking culture (I think it's fairly obvious why) and in stores here they sell canned oxygen; it's marketed as a "health supplement" (yeah I guess oxygen can be seen as that..) but something I will always tell my friends who visit from sea level is, don't do anything to crazy (like hiking a 14er, a summit over 14,000 feet in elevation, or even going for a long run). I also tell them there's no shame in needing to use the canned oxygen seeing as you sort of can't go without it. Wow that was very long-

@@sammylj3644 it’s probably a lot easier, the dates are more spread out, he’ll be in one location for longer than normal and it’s actually less shows in a row than normal.
@CaitS34
@CaitS34 2 года назад
I know it doesn’t feel good to watch, but his doctors are being very smart. They are having Harry take his medication differently, on stage, with something they only normally do off stage, just bringing it on stage. He only did it for a few minutes, to spread out the medication, with him saving the rest for the end of the show. This is actually the absolute safest way, and less likely for Harry to need an EMT or doctor after the concert. I know it looks scarier, but it’s not at all, it’s absolutely harmless. If it makes you feel better, he’s not breathing in oxygen, the machine takes the air around it, and filters it properly, so that it’s completely safe for Harry to breathe in, with his medication (or medications). I have one, and it used to freak everyone out, but they all always calmed down, when they saw it was absolutely harmless, plus when I explained what the machine was doing. It’s not hurting him at all, I promise you that, it’s helping him breathe.

Can you please explain more about the square box you showed by the foot of the mic stand that you said was an oxygen boost?
@MyMindMood
@MyMindMood 2 года назад
That is a good question...no one has been able to figure it out entirely. At first it looked like an oxygen boost canister, but now I see that he had this at each of his performances in 2021. It doesn't look like your typical inhaler, but it might be some medication that I'm not super familiar with. It's obviously holding some sort of aerosol/propellent-type thing. He had this box at every concert during his tour in 2021, on the furthest stage over (far away from the main area), so I'm really thinking its one of his inhalers now.
@sammylj3644
@sammylj3644 2 года назад
I think he wraps it up in tape or something so that we dont see the medicine compostion…also i am sure he somehow somewhere had a bad experience of his medicine not reaching him on time because of which i think he has everything handy now… like in mexico by standers said that he was looking awful in the car but they were unable to take him to a hospital even with an ambulance escort because of the fans mobbing him… so they had to go back to the hotel and then go to the clinic later when the fans calmed down… cant imagine what life is through all of this
@CaitS34
@CaitS34 2 года назад
@@sammylj3644 it’s because the name of the medicine would be exposed, without the tape on it. So you all might find it mean and cruel that I won’t give you the information, but Harry doesn’t want you to know, so I’m not sharing, because if Harry wanted it out there, he wouldn’t be purposely tapping it so well, that you can’t see it’s name, or even make out anything obvious from the inhaler canister.
@pingunin
@pingunin 10 месяцев назад
@@MyMindMood It's really hard to make out the size of it from the angle and distance, at first I thought it might be regular throat spray for when singer's throats get a bit bothersome but there wouldn't really be any need to put it in a box an hide it. Not sure if they're common in America but Easi-Breathe Salbutamol inhalers are quite big, bulky and white and you'd want to hide the red writing on it (although I doubt anyone would still be able to read it in a box from that distance). Maybe also a Spiromax one but I think Budesonide is probably not first choice for rescue inhalers.
