Hartbeespoort dam scuba diving near dam wall 

I was planning on doing a dive that side, will let you know if I find them.

You can get close, the danger is not the sluices (if they are closed) but the canal intakes on the northern side.

@@lputh there are 2 canals that gives irrigation water to the farm's down stream. They are always open, you don't want to get sucked in there.

@@caspervanzyl4618 ah ok , these are under water near the wall? Would make for a horrific experience I can imagine. Any other structures of interest? I can imagine there were farm houses before the dam was built
