Pretty good basic rollerman startup vid, wish we had RU-vid back in 1995 when I first started in the business! lol...unless I missed it keep in mind when you play with your start pressure, chances are your lineup will change. I like to set my pressure first, then do my lineup and then final pressure tweaks on the finish end from there. But im sure nobody's reading this anyway 😂

Great video. When i set rollers. I always set both ends of the roll / dies to the major diameter of the blank. Once this was done I set the alignment, then adjusted to the affective diameter then check the major diameter if this is wrong. Wonder off and complain to the who ever made them.😊

Make sure dies are level on the finish too some you have to put small shim under the moving die if your match never aligns too much on start
