"Harvard Cocktail #2". Adapted from the original by Tony Conigliaro in London, this is the perfect cocktail to celebrate achieving 1000 subs!! Using Byrrh, an awesome French aperitiv, this is an amazing cocktail with lots of character. With hints of orange, berries with a quinine bitterness, this is a great sip to celebrate any occasion!!

Ingredients include:
45 mil/1.5 oz Cognac
30 mil/1 oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
1 Dash - Orange bitters
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
