Most people watching these white foreigners will be saying 'Look our kumbh mela is so great, even these foreigners are coming to our Kumbh mela'. We are so proud of our tradition. Poor innocent people, you don't know what is coming next :(
A lone fighter, Rajiv Malhotra, with such incisive surgery exposes all the sinister game plans of Harvard University while giant Hindu India sleeps like nobody's business. He works so hard, so intelligently, with so much research, scholarship, with so much vision, with no takers from the stakeholders, from the Govt, from BJP, RSS. Very sad and also very frustrating.
I’m appalled that people from Harvard can just walk in, without obtaining permission of the organisers, and start collecting data. These guys feel that they have the privilege to do anything they want because they are ‘Harvard” and the Ford Foundation. They need to be taught a nasty lesson - either get the required permissions or a police force needs to move in and forcefully evict them.
Any big database of people name, address, their health records, religion, cast etc. is a gold mine for foreign business houses, missionaries and foreign politicians who dealing with India! What a clever way to "help" people of India by Harvard University.
And Yogi Adityanadh (of all people) hails and welcomes these born-enemies of our dharma!!! Such born-stupid are the leading lights of our Hindu-leadership??!!!!
Unfortunate part is that many Indians are working against their own nation, culture and Dharma tradition unknowingly as they are paid by overseas such university and NGOs. It's not a question of poverty but ignorance at all levels from within the country and Indians living overseas receiving funds.
Westerners bearing gifts was how the extermination and genocide of Native Americans began on the continents of N. and S. America (one example was how they knowingly gave blankets to the natives, containing small-pox, against which the native Americans had no immunity). So when I see Westerners wanting to learn about Kumbh Mela and wanting to give the gifts of "public health" and "medicine", I am deeply suspicious of their motives.
Everything looks hunky dory on the surface of what these people are saying & doing, but if you truly understand Rajivji's explanation, the deep rooted malice by the Western Institutions, of mapping Hindu practices & melas is palpable. The ulterior motives are so insidious.
People in this country do not realise that there are no free lunches. SO what these NGOs are doing though appears great at the surface level,, there has to be a vested interest somewhere. East India Company disguised itself as a trading organization. And now these new kind of colonizers who have now realised that its not physically possible to enslave the countries now, so they do it culturally. First step of that is an foreign funded NGO.
Great video. Not surprised. River Tambaraparani (Tirunelveli dist, Tamilnadu) Pushkaram festival is underway this month - Sep 12 - 22. Local Christians are planning a “Tambaraparani Thanks giving” next month in oct. Blatant attempt of cultural digestion. Same happening in Kumbh also. Suprisingly, our government does not even have access to the data they collect, let alone the devious conclusions they would make.
Imagine a planed Corona virus like outbreak at the Kumbh Mela! The Kumbh has been happening for centuries without any issue and suddenly a 'team' from Harvard comes in concern on 'Potential for a decease outbreak'!
The video was an eye opener! Humble request Sir! Please crack down on the people spreading false information on your wikipedia page. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rajiv_Malhotra It says you(your foundation) funds a lot of projects like these in famed universities of the US. This essentially brings you in the same line as those naive indian-american donors who, quoting you, "fall prey to US Profs and fund their projects".. Also please persuade the Richie rich indian philanthropists to fund humanities departments in Indian universities. There's a TATA Center, a Mahindra center in Harvard, also because Harvard brings a "name value" to their donations. Humanities departments in India, as well as our think tanks are grossly underfunded. Better still, through your own good organization, spearhead funding the IITs, JNUs and TISSs in India. The question we should also be asking is, why no indian university has so far taken(or did not have the resources?) such an initiative. A lot of comments say whether we would be able to interview Americans the same way. I think not, and infact, I see no reason in doing that. But a more productive discussion would be why aren't we collecting data about our own people, their health and the medical services. Why we always need a Harvard or some foreign name for a wake up call. Please keep enlightening us Sir, because we have become ignorant. Only you can guide us because you are an american yourself and have a far better understanding of every intention of such foreign researches. We always look forward to our NRI brothers, to teach us what to look for, what to be careful for, and how to understand India. :):) Jai Hind!!
air everything you say is making sense now, ravish Kumar latest speech at Harvard , all the pieces fit now, this leftist theory is out in the open. the need is to educate people, and I am starting it from today.
I don't see anything wrong in this but Indian government should monitor their activities and track how they use the data. In fact a better way to do this would be for India to take the lead here and engage interested institutions like Harvard for projects whose scope is determined and monitored by India. Also Harvard and other social organizations in the west should should stop barking about caste system in India. The west should first deal with teeage pregnancies, drug addiction, erosion of family values, rejection of scientific evidence for evolution and cosmology. I admire Western countries for leading the world in science and technology but they should respect the fact that sanathana dharma prods scientific thinking and intellectual honesty that allowed Hindus to make huge advances in science well before the west had any inkling of what science is ! Even today despite their leadership in education (which I respect) , the western mind and culture is still driven by supremacist ideologies.
Good to see India waking up - nobody has any right to infiltrate and ignorantly dissect and publicize anything of the age old Indian traditions/culture/religion.
Since all sorts of people from all over India come to kumbh mela, this is an easy, inexpensive way of collecting data, genetic medical tec about the whole population of India and then selling thus data at a massive profit to the Indian acedamic or government organisations
even after hundreds of foreign invasions, we didn't learn how to deal with westerners.. Innocense in the age of information is more dangerous than one might think...
Ok, this is wrong. Fellow Indians, how do we tackle this? Seeing india through a western lens isn't quite right for the Indic thought. How do we fight them off?
