I love these ice apples, especially the tender ones with water inside we get it where l live . Your wooden cutting board is good . Here when they cut meat some wooden pieces get stuck to the meat . Have to wash it well. I cut the meat at home. I buy a good brand of chicken mince which is good. No skin and cartilage. We don't eat chicken with skin. I like pork ribs.but l don't use the lard (skin). You may say l am fussy. It has been like this for years. I don't eat outside food or order either. I cook everything at home.
