Today is September 29, 2023, and Tonight in the night sky will be a Real Full "Harvest Moon".
I have always wanted to perform this wonderful Neil Young song ever since I saw Luke Cyrus Goetze' RU-vid performance 7 years ago. So I wrote to him and discovered that he lives in Munich Germany, is an incredibly talented musician, and a super nice guy. We have since recorded several songs together... yet have never met in person.
Chuck Archer, a close friend since high school and fantastic Guitar Player who lives in Phoenix, Arizona also performed with us. The net result is this audio and video I assembled in my basement studio. What a freakin' blast we had!!
Beside this Harvest Moon tonight, my 30 year long time employer - U2, will be performing the first show in The Las Vegas Sphere. I am gutted that I will not be participating at this residency, as I am dealing successfully and slowly with a list of health concerns. I miss the crew and band very much...

Rocco my friend, this is my favorite of your recordings and videos to date. Luke and Chuck’s playing are so sweet and heart felt and this song was made for your voice. Perfect! I love it! SA

After listening to this I find myself again, thinking, I wonder what they would do with this, wonder what they would do with that. I thought about "These Days" for awhile and then "The Load Out" started playing in my head... I wonder why? :-)

I remember working with you in Glasgow on the elevation tour, before I started designing recording studios and broadcast studios. So good to see you here. I remember all the stories you told us and the soundcheck for U2 that ended up on their DVD. Glad you're on here Rocko. Take it easy!
