Your goal is to successfully save your family’s farm and the surrounding village from being turned into a resort. Constructions begins in a year, so you have your work cut out for you! The sprites in AWL are kind of brutal too when your animals die... All I gotta say is imagine if the game followed real life a bit more closely, and one of your animals died, and all of a sudden your friends aren't even helping you grieve, they're just ripping you apart lol

I remember my horse dying despite days of using a medicine and legit crying at this cutscene as a child. Brutal, but well made

So your character is grieving for something that may have been entirely due to weather and festival conflicts, gets painfully guilted, and then after being walked away from, has someone run back to them to assault them and then leave again? What the actual hell?

It's kind of a dumb question really. I mean if Toy (That's the name of the Player Character. No joke) really did everything he was supposed to, she wouldn't be here to ask that now would she?
