Hola Anh, primero que todo desearle un Feliz Año Nuevo 2023 lleno de excelentes resultados que sabemos lo dificil de cultivar la tierra, pero lo satisfactorio tambien. Nosotros aqui en Colombia llamamos a esa raiz yuca y nos encanta consumirla, cocinandola en agua con sal para acompañar carnes de res, pollo o pescado, tambien para cuando este bien blanda hacemos como una masa y la rellenamos con pollo o carne y la fritamos
