I always get such enjoyment from your videos and garden❣️ Your garden zone is so much like my own (minus your wind and my humidity)😂 I tried seeds for some veggies this year, but not as impressed, i think I'm too impatient. Did not know you could harvest strawberries in shade garden!😱 Thanks for sharing.

What also does ok in partial shade, if you have space enough is raspberries. I got a few plants from my mother in law and they are doing ok in containers.

I really like your upright planter. I’m planning on investing in one for next year. I think it would be fun to grow some veggies against the wall in my garden. ❤️

Impressive. Today, I found a basil in a pot starting to bolt/form flower buds. It seems much too early and the plant seems much to small, still, to be doing that. Any ideas? I wish I could give you a basket of zucchini as the come faster than my neighbors and I can eat them. I plant too many because I like the flowers and they are a good ground cover. Three are in pots and they produce well, too. Like the French the Brits call arugula, roquette. You probably knew that. You probably also know that the Americans call courgettis zucchinis. Cheers.

This year I'm experiencing the same thing with my basil and other herbs. Here in Lyon it has been exceptionally cold this year and now suddenly the weather has warmed up but most of my herbs are definitely smaller than usual and they are all blooming already... How's the weather in your neck of the woods? Haha, that's very nice of you, if we were neighbors, we would definitely do some plant / veggie trades! Have a nice weekend!

@@17m2garden Just as you described for Lyon. It has been in the teens and twenties until yesterday when it reached 34, and today 32. Rain predicted for tonight and tomorrow, so cooler next week. Stay cool.
