​@@karenpatrech4346this was arranged, for whatever reason the mother could not take care of her so it was arranged for him to adopt her. If you pay close attention to that video the mother did not leave until he came along and picked the baby up then she left. He might be the bio father and the mother is just giving him full custody unless you can read Vietnamese and know what the letter says
