Today I’m going to be sharing with you a garlic harvest that I did back in May but I haven’t had the opportunity to post it. It’s organic garlic that I purchased from the grocery store and planted back in November. It turned out to give me a really nice harvest and I just wanna share it with you today.

What an awesome harvest! I haven't had any success with growing garlic after an epic FAIL trying to grow some hard neck garlic from bulbs I bought at the local farmers market in 2021, but I am eager to try again this year. I checked on line and the seed garlic I've seen is too expensive for me to invest in it, at least until I figure out how to grow it well LOL.

Very nice harvest. I at least doubled the amount of harvest I got last year. Last year soft neck failed me so I planted all hard neck and elephant garlic this year.

That's awesome, I have found that soft neck garlic does not do well for me. It takes time for us to figure out what works in our garden. Thx for watching

Your garlic looks awesome!! I grew garlic for the first time. I had a good harvest. I purchased seed garlic last fall. This year I’m going to take bulbs from my harvest to replant.

You are right. Last year I paid $3.99 a head from MI Gardener but I was looking at other places and they want around $25 a pound.
