Envirotube. Harvesting Honey Episode 2. Peter Clarke retired from Envirotube in 2018 but he reappears in this clip about harvesting honey from an native Australian bee, Tetragonula carbonaria, hive. It has taken many years for a bee hive needing harvesting and video camera to be in the same place at the same time. We have had many disappointments. Finally, Peter can take us through a two-episode series describing the step by step process for harvesting without harming bees and through to how to put the bee boxes back together.
