That's how we usually make vegetables curry in mizoram too, but we use to add most important ingredient for curry which is called 'saum (preserved fat pork)'😅... delicious curry 👍

Since Spain occupied the Philippines (the country is named after a Spanish King). There has been a mixing of white men for 500 years. My wife's great-grand father was white with red hair from Spain.
Its better to lives in rural places than breeding polluted air in the cities. Organic fresh vegetables, clean air etc. By the way, your curry look delicious and the clay pot look great and real.
