I'm addicted to your garden. You have inspired me to refocus on me and my dream garden. Garlic question: when you plant, you water immediately. Is that the only time you water until you see growth in spring?

Ill check it throughout, Typically you wont need to do much but if its been dry and the soil is dry water

I'm in zone 9b. I put some sweet potatoes on top of a short brick wall in May, 3 days later they were perfectly baked. I saw a video where sweet potatoes were put in a green house on top of black plastic to cure, they got baked. My tip, Don't do those things. 😁

I would ot toss those containers and pick up the potatoes from the floor, much easier. 😂

You should video out at your friends farm and show us the chicken process! (They may not be into it, but if they are, we’d love to see it!) I was just thinking, you’ve never filmed outside of your house I don’t think 🤔

We butchered chickens for the first time this year as well. We knew it was the next step in our journey. We both feel proud of ourselves for having a freezer full of chickens we raised & culled humanely with a true appreciation of the life taken to nourish us. We kept one rooster & named him Pardon 😊

Wood chips! Grow in wood chips, I harvested on that was 8lbs !!

Your garden is so beautiful, new gardener here i been watching lots of your gardening videos i wants to start garlic and red onions too but i dont know which seed i should buy any recommendations. I'm in zone 6a MA. Thank you Bri❤

Thank you!! for your area id look up what varieties do best! I would think you need to find some hardneck garlic varieties and Im not sure if you need long day or intermediate day onions. Farmers almanac has a chart that can help with onions! If you search your area and what you want to grow you will probably have a extension office or a college in your area that can give you some good information! Hope this helps!
