कांग्रेस नेता और सांसद राहुल गांधी आज (20 सितंबर) सुबह हरियाणा के करनाल जिले पहुंचे. वो सुबह करीब साढ़े पांच बजे घोघड़ीपुर गांव में आए थे. यहां पर उन्होंने एक युवक के परिवार से मुलाकात की.
दरअसल, राहुल गांधी अमित नामक युवक के परिवार से मिलने आए थे. अमित अमेरिका में रहते हैं और वो वहां एक हादसे में घायल हो गए थे. जब राहुल गांधी अमेरिका के दौरे पर गए थे, तब वहां पर उन्होंने अमित से मुलाकात की थी. वहीं, अब राहुल गांधी उनके परिवार से मिलने पहुंचे थे. अमित के परिवार से मिलने के बाद राहुल गांधी यहां से रवाना हो गए.
राहुल गांधी ने पूरा किया वादा
अमेरिका में अमित से मुलाकात के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने वादा किया था कि जब वो भारत जाएंगे तो उनके घरवालों से जरूर मुलाकात करेंगे. इस दौरान वो वीडियो कॉलिंग भी करेंगे. अपने वादे के अनुसार राहुल गांधी आज सुबह घोघड़ीपुर में अमित कुमार के घर पहुंचे. इस दौरान उन्होंने अमित की मां बीरमती और पिता बीर सिंह से मुलाकात की. वो यहां से करीब 7.10 बजे रवाना हुए थे.
