He had the driver stop the car in the middle of a village as they were looking for scenery to shoot and asked the fam if he could live with them for 2 days and work, eat, socialize with them. The video was filmed in Cuba with his cell phone and he actually stayed with a family because he wanted to live their life for two day, they thought he was joking or crazy but at the end they accepted. In an interview Lenier the other guy in the video said that $100 could help a person in Cuba for a few months and the Tekashi had $50,000 in cash which he gave away in $100 bills to anyone he saw besides Lenier said that with that money Tekashi could’ve bought every single house on that village.

6ix9ine took a risk he could have gone to prison for walking with the Cuban flag wrapped around him. There are political prisoners in Cuba for doing the same thing cause its seen as a form of disrespect and protest against the regime, the artist with him is Lenier a cuban who wrote a song called SOS against the Cuban regime and is now banned from going to cuba, 6ix9ine didn't have to film this video in Cuba but he did and again he could have been arrested. But he had a good heart and made a political statement it's hard to understand if you dont know the story of Lenier and cuba in general and their politics and in a way him with the flag was also a way of representing Lenier. He is a good kid and everyone has the right to change

💯 i always say it's the most beautiful prison in the world because that's what it is. My husband was a political prisoner in villa marista the things people dont know about cuba is frustrating sometimes. 6ix9ine took a huge risk wrapping the flag around him like that. Extranjero or not doesnt mean we are all untouchable I'm Canadian but was still deported from cuba with my kids because of their dad activism so there are many who won't understand or just don't know what it's really like
