I think as I said elsewhere today that this let's call it by its real name, this corruption has been happening on an industrial scale ever since our grasping MPs had their wings clipped for the expenses abuses they were conducting. I think many of them always believed that the taxes they set were for the 'little people' to pay and that expenses FRAUD was their exemption clause. When that gravy train slowed they looked around for ways to make up the shortfall and dubious wealthy business owners were waiting in the wings with the offer of apparently tax free treats in return for policy influence. Having joined those dots it's easy to see why we have uncontrolled immigration holding wages down. Thus it now becomes clearer to see just why austerity was not a short term policy as a road to renewed growth but instead a softener for harder hits to come. Two of these we've already seen, isn't it weird how there was never any money to grow the UK economy for twelve years following the crash and yet in 2020 there was a huge fund to support the economy at subsistence levels through a year of inactivity due to COVID? Then in 2022 when for the first time in 14 years wage growth and job mobility began to return to the market, suddenly massive interest rate rises stifled the growth and a massive influx of trained personnel from Commonwealth countries in Africa and Asia made any hiring cheaper in the absence of EU personnel. When you look back the reasons become clear.

I have to agree. He hates questions when interviewed. He looks terrified. There are a lot of rumours bubbling up about certain involvements. All quite unsettling. We could do with a real leader of substance and exceptional ability at this time.
